SMS/Text Messaging Terms
SMS Program Description: FranchiseClues.com operates an SMS/text messaging program to respond to franchise information requests. Messaging use cases include: conversational replies to your inquiries, appointment scheduling and confirmations, and follow-up regarding the franchise information you requested. By providing your mobile phone number through one of our forms and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive these SMS/text messages from FranchiseClues.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile opt-in data and consent are used solely by Franchise Clues to respond to your request. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply; these charges are billed by your mobile carrier. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to opt out. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up through our website forms as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
